I don’t know how many times I’ve started a new diet only for something in it being too complicated and I’ve given up.

Nowadays though it is much easier with the help of technology specifically Apps like My Fitness Pal. Studies have shown that keeping a record of your food intake increases the likelihood of controlling you’re eating and managing your portion sizes.  So is it worth the 5 minutes a day updating your food diary.  Hell yes it is.
