If you work, have a family and friends, interests etc it is likely you are a pretty busy person trying to fit everything in.  Life can be hectic.

Here are some tips that could help you fit more activity in:

Work out at lunch time– walk / run around a local park or join a local gym and get 30-40 mins in.

Commute to work– walk / run / cycle to work. If not possible maybe find a parking space further away and walk the rest.

Sign up to Pay As You Gym– wherever you are, on the road, on holiday, at work, working from home you can always find a gym.

Know what is on offer– research local gym’s, activity centres or other recreational companies and know exactly what options you have nearby. You may be surprised.
