To get into the right mindset for lasting and sustainable weight loss you need to think differently. Most people (me included) have put a date on when they hope to reach their goal if the will power holds and all goes to plan. More often than not this approach fails.
So how should we think? Simply put a date on when you will begin maintaining your new slimmer body. This way you just slightly adjust your food intake and exercise regime and continue the good work you are already doing. No dramatic end date or I’ll reward myself for being good just enjoy your better body shape forever.
